Flooring

Carpets will be vacuumed; spots will be removed, limited to spots one inch long.
Carpets will be detailed and edge vacuumed. Vinyl floors will be dust-mopped and mopped with a neutral floor cleaner.

Desktops

Desks and composition tops, if clear of papers, will be cleaned with an all purpose cleaner weekly. Wooden surfaces will be polished weekly

Dusting

Horizontal surfaces of office furniture, filing cabinets, telephones, and window ledges will be dusted using a treated cloth.

Fingerprints

Fingerprints and smudges will be removed from doors, door and partition glass, mirrors, around light switches and painted surfaces providing this removal does not spoil the overall general appearance.

Waste and Recycling

Wastebaskets will be emptied. 
Recycle papers and boxes may be taken out to recycle bins. 

Telephones

Telephones will be cleaned and disinfected every other week
